Joined Colopl, Inc. as an engineer in 2019, then transitioned to a startup during the COVID-19 pandemic, where he served as Development Director. As a freelancer, he demonstrated technical expertise in cutting-edge fields including gaming, metaverse, and telecommunications carriers, taking on roles such as Tech Lead and vPoE (CTO support) to manage development. In March 2024, he founded Granizm Inc. to provide broader value and is actively working to transform Japan's IT industry. He also serves as an instructor at programming schools for nurturing future generations.

Served as Representative Director of Aderans Co., Ltd. for approximately 10 years, during which he implemented drastic management reforms including MBO (Management Buyout). He expanded the business from the core hair-related business to peripheral areas such as beauty and medical services, overcame the COVID-19 pandemic, and achieved record-high sales. After establishing a new management structure with the next generation in mind, he retired from Aderans on May 23, 2024, upon completion of his term. He subsequently founded RAIBY Inc. in June and became a shareholder and Management Advisor of Granizm Inc.
